If you had told me years ago that I’d be running women-only luxury retreats in France, I probably would have laughed. My career path didn’t start in hospitality or tourism—it started in scrubs. I began my professional journey as a nurse, caring for patients, managing chaotic hospital shifts, and learning how to think on my feet.
