Provence, France
Les Baux-de-Provence

April 19-25, 2027

Bonjour, mes amies!

I first experienced Les Baux-de-Provence on a rainy November afternoon, and even through the mist and drizzle, I was instantly captivated. This medieval hilltop city has a rhythm all its own: small courtyards tucked behind stone archways, staircases that lead to unexpected viewpoints, and streets that seem to whisper stories of centuries past.

I chose Les Baux for this retreat because it’s a hidden gem that most visitors to Provence overlook. Many tours give it a random afternoon, rushing through its charm, but this village deserves more than a fleeting glance. Here, we’ll have the time to wander slowly, soak in the atmosphere, and discover the quiet magic that makes it one of Provence’s best-kept secrets.

Over 7 days and 6 nights, we’ll explore these streets together, enjoy leisurely lunches at local bistros, and share dinners celebrating the flavors of the region. Some days, we’ll drive to far-flung gems of Provence, giving you the chance to see sweeping landscapes, olive groves, and medieval villages without ever feeling rushed.

By the end of the week, Les Baux, and all of Provence, will feel less like a destination and more like a memory, etched in scent, color, and laughter, a place you carry with you long after you’ve left.

xo,
Stephanie
